Solitude

Solitude

I walk along

Through the silent woods,

My footsteps muffled

In the snow.

The pines are still,

With snow-laden branches.

The chickadee’s winter song

Is the only sound I hear.

I pause for a moment

In silent prayer.

Lost, once again,

In thoughtful reverence.

I must say that it’s terribly good to see snow.

This is a beautiful site you have here, I’m so glad you’re doing this.

You have been officially blogrolled. Meow!
