Serene Summer Day

These pictures fall into the category of “why I never, ever leave the house without a camera”.  I also carry a tripod in my truck at all times too.  I had to make a quick trip over to my brother-in-laws house on Friday afternoon, so I only took the essentials; camera & tripod.  I didn’t bother with purse, phone, driver’s license or any of that stuff.  As I passed this lake, (Lake Oneonta)  I saw how still and peaceful it looked, so I had to stop for pics.  These are all HDR images, hence the need for the tripod, otherwise I almost always shoot handheld.  My exposures were, 0, -2 and +2, and I used Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 to process them.
